Recently tried to run archive 2 go version 1.5.3 to archive email on groupwise version 6.5.1 which includes the archive folder in groupwise.

All the Emails and Folders were achived by the archive 2 go software, except that it excluded email on the native groupwise “Inbox/Mailbox”

Below is the log file with the error message generated:

        Thanks for your enquiry.

Did you do a thorough GWCheck (including the native archive) prior to archiving with Archive To Go? If not, please do so and restart your computer before re-archiving.

Otherwise (or if you get similar errors upon re-archiving), please try one or more of the following:

        • Exclude the main account from the archiving process.
        • If there are more than 4960 items in the Mailbox folder, it may help to divide these items among several folders, eg. Mailbox-2008, Mailbox-2007, etc.

        I hope this helps.

        Regards,
        Advansys Support
