Archive to go close without reason! – Advansys

Hi,

During i archiving a remote mailboxe archive to go close with no messages error or something.

Any idea of what can cause this?

Thanks for reporting this behavior in Archive To Go Creator, which we have not heard of previously.

At the time Creator closed, was the display indicating that some archiving had been completed?

Was a process log file created? If Creator had started archiving, this file should be in the target archive folder. Please send the file (zipped if larger than 200 KB) to support@advansyscorp.com.

Which versions of GroupWise and Archive To Go are you using?

Hi,

Archive to go close before the end of archiving, no display. I use Groupwise 6 and archive to go 1.5.0.0.

I will send you my logs file.
