      Hi,

      when I archive a user account in enterprise access mode, all work fine. After A2G finished I can select the entry “Archive another account”.
      If I select this and choose a account, the A2G software freeze after I click NEXT on the A2G software.
      How can I solve his problem?

        Thanks for reporting this problem.

        We have seen this behaviour on rare occasions, and it seems to happen at random. For the moment there is no known solution or fix, and we suggest that if this happens you use Task Manager to terminate Creator, then start Creator to archive another account.

          bad news…. It’s very unhappy, because I have to archive over 200 user… Red Face(
          But lament… It doesn’t pay…
