      when I attempt to launch the viewer.exe to view an archive I get the following error message, “Sorry – the viewer application cannot be found.” What do I need to do to fix this problem? I’ve tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling Archive2Go. I am currently on version 1.5.0.1.

        Was there an error during the archiving process? If so, please send the process log file to support@advansyscorp.com.

        Is the archive on a hard drive or CD/DVD?

        When Archive To Go creates an archive, it builds a folder structure as follows (based on account ID “fullers”):

        fullers Archive
        + media-01
          + _metadata
          + _viewer
          + data

        Given this structure, folder “fullers Archive” should contain viewer.exe (it should also contain the process log file “fullers.log”). Folder “_viewer” should contain a2goview.exe. Does your archive look similar?

          The folder structure is correct. I did see an error in the log file. I emailed it to support@advansyscorp.com as you suggested.
