Is there any way to get the “To” and “From” fields to show in the message window of the free viewer? I show the subject , date and attachments but nothing else and it is difficult to find an email from a particular person.
It sounds like you are referring to Advansys Message Viewer. Unfortunately the current release of the product does not make a To/From column available in the item list. However the search feature will find items matching these field values.
As noted here, we plan to add a To/From column to the Viewer. We hope this feature will be available around Q2, 2008.
