Is there a way to pull an attachment in a readable format from an archive created by Archive to Go? Our Client has a user that is trying to take an attachment from Archive to Go and use it in a new GroupWise e-mail message?
If it is a file attachment, you can highlight the attachment icon in the open Archive To Go message and press ‘Save-As’.
If the attachment is an embedded message, you can save it as an Advansys Message file (FML), which can be viewed using the Advansys Message Viewer, which ships with the Message Saver Pack (and can be installed separately at no cost).
As will be available shortly in Advansys Message Viewer 2.0, we’ll be adding a Forward/Reply feature in a future version of the Archive To Go Viewer.
