specified module could not be found when opening viewer – Advansys

hi we are experiencing a message saying specified module could not be found, when opening a archive it will open on other machine though. when trying to close it appears with a message of access violation at address 0053ac86 in module a2goview.exe read address 00000048 any suggestions welcome.

It sounds like you may have come across the same issue addressed in part 1 of this earlier post to this Forum by Support.

In case you find that the above information does not resolve the issue, please indicate the details of the environment. That is, which version is installed of:
– Archive To Go
– Microsoft Internet Explorer
– Microsoft Windows

yes upgrading the xml to xml 3.0 worked thanks for your help and quick response…
