      A user reported the button caption in Archive To Go were blank. The user had McAfee 8.0i Antivirus installed on Windows XP SP2.

      Investigation revealed a known issue with McAfee 8.0i Antivirus that can cause button captions (and other elements) in applications using the Microsoft .NET Framework to be blank.

      McAfee have released a patch that solves this issue. Registered users of McAfee 8.0i should visit the McAfee Web site for download details.

        I had this issue and was able to resolve it by setting my desktop theme to the XP Default.

          Correct. The problem with McAfee 8.0i relates to .NET applications used under the Windows XP Style.
