      I am attempting to convert an account that contains both a primary and archive mailboxes. I have attempted to just check the check boxes for the primary mailbox, but even when just that is selected, when initiating the conversion a PST for the archive starts to generate. Any help you can provide would be greatly apperciated.

        • Make sure you are running latest version of the PST Creator (Help – Check for update).
        • Have you received any error during the conversion process?
        • Have you deselected the archive mail box?
          In example below, Test account has primary and archive mailbox. In order to convert primary mailbox, place check mark next to “Test” & “Test – Primary”. In PST Creator, ‘Filtering Options’ tab – ‘Selected Folders’ will show tree view as:
          – Test
          + Test – primary
          + Test – archive
