You said the application was working, have you changed any Outlook/MAPI settings?
Could you please provide more information:
– Do you see the error “Cannot read all your reminders” when you execute PST Creator or during the conversion process? – Does the PST Creator stops when this error message displayed? – Does the error message caption show “Outlook” or “PST Creator”? – Can you see this error message when you start the Outlook client?
Please send us the PST Creator log and screenshots of the error to Support (support@advansyscorp.com). Log which usually stored in “C:Documents and SettingsUSER-NAMEApplication DataAdvansysPst Creator” folder.
I see the error after selecting the archive folder, then select filter options, and settings for the log file location, then next to start and it looks like its going to start and the windows disappears, then the message about reminders pops up. -The message says Microsoft Office Outlook -I do not see the error when I start outlook I’ll forward the screen shots and logs, but the log doesn’t show the attempt to convert then error oodly enough.
