Personalized Emailer (http://www.advansyscorp.com/formativ_sol_personalized_emailer.htm) version 2.0.28 onwards support the Quoted-Printable and Base64 encoding. Please see below the details:

SYMPTOMS:
Prior to version 2.0.28, marker fields (e.g. FIRST NAME, E-Mail Address, etc) was not replaced with the value.

CAUSE:
If your message’s MIME Encoding (Send Options – Mime Encoding) is not “ISO Default” then GroupWise will encode the data in Mime.822 as Base64. Previous version of Personalized solution only support the quoted-printable encoding so the marker fields was not replaced by the value.
