      Hi

      We have a very large email system externally linked to another large system.

      I have tried to generate the cache several times. The process always fails after about 30 hours (!) with a message that it casnnot generate the cache for this system.

      I only wish to administer proxy in about 10 post offices and so uncheck the 70 or so PO’s I am not interested in within the configuration tab.

      I cannot get past this point, can you advise?

        How many mailboxes do you have across the 10 post offices you need to administer?

          I just counted properly 8730 users spread across 12 post offices

            Thanks for the statistics. It is clear that you have a large system to administer. As we don’t have any known problems which would explain the symptoms you describe, we will start a troubleshooting process to try and identify the cause. This will be handled via direct email.
