      After installing the just downloaded Trial of the Presentation_Pack (Formative Runtime 2.0.1 licensed) the GW6.5.5 client starts with a message about an incomplete installation.

      Trying to start applets of this solution pack via applets/run gives a message that the applet belongs to a solutuion pack that has expired and the applet becomes grayed out in the list.

      Please don’t tell me that lincesing of this solution pack is incompatible with the actual runtime Mad as it was with the Academic Timetable Pack I tried to try lately……

        Dear Harald,

        Thank you for your enquiry.

        No, the licensing of the Presentation Pack is NOT incompatible with Formativ Runtime.

        We think this problem is caused by installing when logged into Windows with a limited user account (LUA), ie. non-power user. The installer requires Write rights to the Windows directory.

        Could you try reinstalling this solution pack when logged in as an administrator? If not, please write to support@advansyscorp.com and we will help you to resolve this matter by direct email.
