      I noticed that there was an issue with html signatures disappearing. We are a new user and this has just happened to me.

      signature is noted.
      .sig (text file appears as an option)
      .hts (html file does not appear as an option)

      Note: This file was renamed from htm to adhere to your naming requirement.

        Please ignore the prior post. Somehow I changed my compose view to text so the html signatures wouldn’t show as an option. Changed to html and everything is fine.
