This is probably been asked a thousand times. I just purchased Formativ Runtime and downloaded the above applet and installed it. I then restarted GW, called up a calender in my cabinet and tried to export a semester of room bookings to excel. It told me that no appointments exist.
      Am I mising something?
      Thanks,
      David

        Thank you for your enquiry.

I am not sure what you mean by “called up a calender in my cabinet.” This applet exports appointments that belong to the login GroupWise user account.

Perhaps you are trying to access a different user account, or using a date range for which no appointments exist. You should login to the appropriate GroupWise account and specify a date range in which appointments do exist.

Note that this applet was updated last week, and now includes additional columns for Recipient and Sender.

          Hi Again,

I cannot export any appointment calender whatsoever to excel even though I am logged in as myself. Also I have other folders set up for PC lab bookings that have calenders as well (also under my login). I really need to export any or all of these appontment calenders to excel so that I have I have a digital copy.I only downloaded the applet uesterday and so I asume it’s the latest. You assisatnce would be most welcome.
          cheers,
          David

            Hi,
            Thanks for your reply.
Unfortuantely, it appears that folders set up to view as calenders cannot be separately exported as excel files. This is a shame as each folder is a lab booking that can be shared with other staff that are using groupwise (read/add sharing).
            Any more thoughts.
            cheers,
            David

              Hi,

I have replied twice to this and none have made it on to the forum.

I still have had no success exporting a calender from other folders that I have created for room bookings. I have asked our asked staff to make posted appointments in these sgared folders and I would love to get a digital copy of them (prefereably excel) to then be posted on a web site.

Unfortuantely the applet from the download only seems to partly work on the main calender but even then not for posted appointment already there.

              Cheers,
              David
