I’m trying to import excel info into address book. I have 130 records and each time I try I get a different number that will integrate into the address book but not the entire 130. Different tries, I got 25, then 13, then 9, its not consistent. Then, I decided to look for another “cool solution” and chose “CSV import” but that too has the same issues. What could the problem be in importing information into the address book. I have reduced the import info to first name, last name and email address. Has anyone else experienced problems trying to import into address book?

Unfortunately, we haven’t had any report about this.

Which version of the GroupWise client you are using (See Help – About GroupWise)? Please make sure to use the latest point release of the GroupWise client: http://download.novell.com/patch/finder/

May be the information in Excel/CSV file not in correct format. Can you reproduce the behaviour by creating a test CSV file? For example, you can save the information below (one entry per line) to a CSV file (*.csv) and use it as data source.

        “Name”,”FirstName”,”LastName”,”Email”
        “Bill Smith1″,”Bill1″,”Smith1″,”bsmith1@test.com”
        “Bill Smith2″,”Bill2″,”Smith2″,”bsmith2@test.com”
        …more entries…

        Regards,
