Hi

I have just recently upgraded to Vista and had no problems installing and using the Runtime 2 and Personalised Emailer within the trial period. When I tried to register the licence which I received last year, it gives me the error message
“Sorry – the registration process failed. Please ensure you enter the registration code exactly as supplied and try again.”

But when I try this on a WindowXP computer, have no problems.. Any ideas/suggestions from the wise ones…
