      The Install app gets to the Formativ.dll file and does not continue.
      Need to CTL-ALT-DEL and Kill the Formativeruntime.exe process to unlock.

      Running XP SP1
      Groupwise 6.5 Client.
      Groupwise server is on Windows 2000 server.

      Any suggestions ?

        I would suggest you try downloading the setup program and trying again. I suspect you may have a corrupt download.

        Please let us know if this does not solve the problem.

            I cannot reproduce this when downloading from the web. You may still have a corrupt version in a cache somewhere. Try refreshing your browser (or clear your browsers’ page cache) and try again.

            Let me know if it still fails and I’ll email you the setup application.
