      Windows 2k & Windows XP
      GroupWise 6
      Formativ Runtime 1.6
      On some workstations when the user tries to launch the web portal they receive the following error message:
      “Access violation at address 180321DC in module ‘scriptproxy.20050315132519.dll’. Read of address 00000000”
      Have uninstalled and then reinstalled GroupWise and Formative Runtime and still get the error.

        Are you running the McAfee VirusScan 7.5 or later? If so, this is a known issue. Please see this thread for the resolution.
