      I am testing Formativ on Groupwise 5.5ep for my customer solutions and I have formulated a question regarding this product. What I am trying to do is set the default view of every email with html and the company logo automatically. I am able to add the logo and html manually in each email but I would like it to be there in the body of the message automatically when you open up a new mail to send. Could you please let me know if this can be done and if so how I might acheive this. Thanks for your help in advance.

            Hello Rob,

            The solution was to use the Formativ Stationery solution. Since the original question was asked, the stationery solution has gone through several versions. I would suggest you download the Stationery solution and see if it meets your needs.

            In terms of having the stationery appear when a new message is composed, the answer was to integrate the stationery solution with the OnCompose event associated with an email message. The solution, out of the box, isn’t integrated with this event, but it is easy to do with Formativ Creator.
