I just installed Formativ. Why can't I see any icons now I've installed Formativ?

Here are some hints.
Formativ Runtime, Formativ Express
After installation you should see a few changes in your GroupWise client window. Here are some examples:
The Folder List in the left pane will have a new item named Formativ Portals
The Help menu will have the following additional items:
About Formativ...
Formativ Registration Utility...
Formativ Help Center...
Formativ Help
In addition, your Windows Control Panel should include the Formativ configuration utility.
Formativ Studio, Formativ Creator
In addition to the changes listed above for Runtime and Express, you should see the following:
The main menu will include the item Applets. Under Applets is the item Manage Applets; this item launches FormativCentral.
The main toolbar will include a button whose icon is a scroll and triangle (symbolizing script and the ‘play’ button); this button launches FormativCentral.
If none of the above are visible, there has been a serious failure during the installation. In that case, please contact Advansys by email with your system details, i.e. hardware (available hard-disk space, RAM) and installed software (operating system and GroupWise client, including their versions).
