'syncsvr' is not shutting down after a synchronization

For some reason, 'syncsvr', the PsiWin synchronization engine is still running, i.e. it has not shut down properly. In Windows, look at the tasks in memory after you have attempted to stop the sync process (Alt-Ctrl-Del, Close Program dialog). If the 'Syncsvr' task is still active, this will prevent you from performing another sync. You should manually 'end' the 'Syncsvr' task from the Close Program dialog. Prior to performing another sync, you should shut down the PsiWin comms server by right mouse clicking on the '~' symbol in the Windows taskbar.
